AI training for leaders and teams in Paris

1:1 coaching, private groups or company programmes. Four tracks, from AI strategy and risk to coding agents, worked on your own cases.

In short

ZR Digital runs AI training in Paris and remotely in three formats: individual coaching for a founder or executive, private sessions for a closed small group such as a leadership team, and programmes for company teams. Four tracks cover AI for leaders, AI in daily work, AI for developers, and the security and compliance of AI use; every session is hands-on, on the participants’ real cases. Fees are on quote.

Most teams do not lack AI tools. They lack the judgement to use them well, and the rules to use them safely. ZR Digital runs AI training in Paris and remotely for leaders, teams and developers, built on the participants’ own work rather than generic demos, and taught by people who build AI agents and products for a living.

We train the way we work: hands-on, honest about limits, focused on what changes on Monday morning. Participants learn what large language models are good at, where they fail — hallucination, leakage of confidential data, hidden cost — and how to keep a human in control of what matters.

Three formats

Individual. One-to-one coaching for a founder or executive. Sessions follow your agenda: forming a view on where AI fits in your company, testing tools on your own documents and decisions, preparing a board discussion or a hiring plan. Confidential by design, scheduled around your calendar, in person in Paris or remote.

Private group. A closed, small group that shares context, typically a leadership team, a product team or a partner group. The value is alignment: everyone sees the same capabilities and risks, works on the same real cases, and leaves with shared decisions — which use cases to pursue, which rules apply, who owns what.

Company. Programmes for teams across the organisation, on site in Paris or remote. Sessions are adapted per role, sales does not need what finance needs, and are tied together by common guidelines and a shared prompt and workflow library. Built to roll out in waves, with a follow-up session once people have practised.

Four tracks

AI for leaders. Strategy, not hype. Where AI creates value in your business and where it does not, build or buy, how to run a first pilot, how to measure it, and the risks to govern: data, vendor dependency, reputation. A clear introduction to the EU AI Act and its risk-based approach, so you know which questions to ask of your teams and suppliers.

AI in daily work. Practical use of assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT, Mistral Le Chat or Microsoft Copilot on real tasks: writing, analysis, meeting notes, research, spreadsheets. Prompting that holds up, building small repeatable workflows, checking output before trusting it, and data hygiene — what can and cannot leave the company.

AI for developers. Working with coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor and GitHub Copilot without lowering code quality: specs first, review discipline, tests. Then building with AI: tool use and agents, the Model Context Protocol (MCP), RAG with vector search, evals to measure quality, and cost and latency trade-offs.

Security and compliance of AI use. The OWASP Top 10 for LLM applications, prompt injection and data leakage explained with live examples, shadow AI and how to replace it with approved tools, GDPR obligations when personal data meets a model, and how to prepare an inventory of AI uses for the AI Act.

Tracks combine. A leadership team often takes the leaders track with a security module; a product organisation pairs daily work for everyone with the developer track for engineers.

Why train with a studio that builds

ZR Digital is an AI and product engineering studio led by a founder-CTO with more than fifteen years of building software. We design, build and operate our own SaaS, BookCab.tech, and we build AI agents for clients. What we teach is what we use: the same tools, the same review habits, the same mistakes already made and corrected. Fees are on quote, set after a short needs assessment.

How we run it

  1. 01

    Assess

A call to understand who attends, what they already use, which tools are approved and which tasks eat their week.

  2. 02

    Design

Format, track and examples are chosen for you. We collect real, anonymised cases so exercises use your material, not ours.

  3. 03

    Train hands-on

Short explanations, then practice on live tools. Participants leave with work done, not slides read.

  4. 04

    Embed

We turn what worked into guidelines, templates and a shared prompt library your team keeps using.

  5. 05

    Follow up

A later session to review what people tried, fix what broke and decide the next use cases.

Frequently asked questions

Which format should we choose?

Individual coaching suits a founder or executive who needs to form a view fast and test it on their own work. A private group fits a leadership team or a small unit that must align on decisions and rules. A company programme fits when several teams need shared practices, with sessions adapted to each role.

Do participants need technical skills?

Only for the developer track. The leaders and daily-work tracks assume no technical background; they assume curiosity and a few real tasks to work on. We adapt the depth to the room after the needs assessment.

Can we use our confidential documents in the sessions?

Yes, under rules we agree beforehand: approved tools only, enterprise accounts where available, anonymised or synthetic data when needed. Learning what not to paste into an AI tool is part of the training itself.

How much does it cost?

Fees are on quote, because they depend on the format, the number of participants, the track and whether sessions are on site in Paris or remote. We send a written proposal after the needs assessment call.
